Return and Exchange Policy
At Habybifar, we want you to love your purchase. However, if the size isn't right or the item is defective, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unwashed and unworn.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons:
Sale items (strictly no refunds on clearance items).
Intimate wear, swimwear, and accessories (earrings, etc.).
Gift cards.
3. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as Store Credit within 30 days.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., different size), send us an email at rare2007fashion@gmail.com first.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
